Physical Product Design

The NY Platform Screen Door (PSD) is a safety barrier installed at the edge of the train tracks, designed to prevent suicides and enhance passenger safety. During the design process, we conducted an in-depth analysis of passenger behavior in subway stations and prioritized meeting accessibility standards for individuals with disabilities.
